We
shall, at our own expense, procure and maintain during the
term
of our contracts the following insurance and fidelity
coverages:

Workmans
Compensation
in accordance with the laws
of New Jersey
Comprehensive
Public Liability
& Property Damage Insurance
Includes
coverage on owned or
leased automobiles used upon or in
connection with the work.
Property damage under this contract,
arising out of negligence of
Masino Maintenance.
All Employees Are Bonded

Certificates
of Insurance
Before
commencing the
the work, we shall furnish
you with a certificate of
insurance with effective
dates of the expiration
of the policies
and effective limits.

Payment
Terms
The
amount due our firm is to be paid
on a net basis. The terms are determined
by contract and size of company.
Billing is 1st of the Month.

Termination
Agreement
It
is herein agreed by both parties that
either party may terminate the contractual
agreement for any cause by issuing a
thirty day written notice to the other party. |
